Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Hagent App you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Hagent provides AI agents (e.g. script generation) powered by Claude (Anthropic) and managed by us. Use of the AI service is also governed by Anthropic's terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must provide accurate data.
4. Subscription and billing
Access requires a credit-based subscription, processed by PayPal, with a 7-day free trial (payment method required; no charge until the trial ends). It renews automatically until you cancel; cancellation is not prorated and you keep access until the end of the paid period. AI costs are included in your plan via credits.
5. Credits and usage
Each plan includes a package of credits consumed when you generate. Plan credits reset each cycle; purchased credits (top-ups) accumulate and never expire. You can top up anytime.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activities, harmful content generation, abuse or infringement of third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
7. Intellectual property
Content you generate is yours. The platform, its brand and software are owned by Hagent App.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for output generated by third-party AI models.
9. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
