1. Who we are

Hagent App ("Hagent", "we") is an AI agent marketplace. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it. Contact: hello@hagent.app.

2. Data we collect

Account data: first name, last name, email, phone, country and company (optional).

Content you generate (brands, projects, scripts) and usage data to provide the service. AI runs through our managed Claude (Anthropic) account; we do not store user API keys.

Content you generate (scripts, conversations, folders) and usage metrics.

Contact/subscription data when you submit forms on the site.

3. How we use your data

To provide the service, authenticate you, process your subscription, improve the product and communicate with you (support, updates if you subscribe).

4. Third parties we use

Supabase (auth and database), Brevo (email and contact management), PayPal (payments) and Anthropic (AI processing). Each processes data under its own policies.

5. Retention and security

We keep your data while your account is active. We apply encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data. No system is 100% secure, but we follow best practices.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and unsubscribe from communications. Email hello@hagent.app to exercise them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
